With the cost of oil something had to give! I seen an add on Facebook and sent a message. Right away Tristan responded. He is very knowledgeable and made the whole process effortless. Micheal came and did an inspection (even changed a couple light bulbs that were at the the top of the stairs, they were out for 6 month!) he was a pleasure to speak with & knew his stuff. He gave me a list of a few little things I needed to do to make my home more efficient. I did them all right away! Then the guys came to do the install and everyone of them were pleasant & answered any questions I had. When they left you would not have known they were there. I have to say it was an all around wonderful experience and mostly I love the heat that comes from the unit! Looking forward to having a humid free house this summer! Almost forgot Dana who works in the office…anytime I called or emailed she responded immediately. Thanks for the great team work you guys!!
